Achieve Weight Loss with 5 Easy Daily Habits

I always had this question when i started my weight loss journey but always due to procrastination i was delaying heavily mass training, aerobic classes and Pilates or dance group sessions.

But i realized with time that i do sometimes and avoid most of the times like missing gyms, or saying that i would do it tomorrow.

But few weeks ago i thought why not to do something simple and efficient and less consuming so that it would not take my much of my daily routine tasks. I figure out that we take bath daily, we brush our teeth and we do our all basic rituals so why not to add something so simple and when i say SIMPLE meaning just Simple.

So i started searching for the Stretching body which you would see 100’s of videos on You tube , i started following some of the channels and here we are you can also follow them and start doing some simple body stretch yoga’s and YES YES it really effected my body and my body shape and tone has reduced. This is not a sponsored blog but i am just sharing my own personal experience which helped me to boost my metabolism.

So now i am going to share 5 simple steps on your weight loss journey which not only slim your body but also tone you and make your body flexible

  1. 10 to 15 minutes stretching body

    If you start doing just basic body movements like twisting your arm up and down , rotating your toes and even doing namaskar position and held it for 2 minutes would really work on your back of your body and just stretches your rib from internally.

    2. 100 Squats in a day

    Don’t be afraid with this number that’s its 100 i know when we do at one go then YES definitely its a big number but imagine if we just breakdown this number in 10 sets that’s 10*10 meaning 10 Squats 10 times in a day its easy isn’t ?

    So the best way is to just stand from your chair and start doing 10 squats, trust me its simple so it just now, Squats are so good that it would tone your thighs. I know summer is coming and we all love to wear short clothes and now is the time JUST DO IT, Don’t think twice and DO it.

    3. Jumping Jacks

    The same formula applies here 10*10 meaning 100 times jumping jacks in a day. I never do it at one go, always split in shorter segments. So yes just wake up and do 10 jumping jacks. Its Simple, trust me its SIMPLE.

    4. Eating healthy habits and in small chunks.

    I know we all love junk food and we all want to have that food for forever but just think that if we have that it would not be just so bad for our body but also for your brain.

    I am that kind of person who loved junk food a lot as i am foody person but now just small changes in my food, now i realized that my body doesn’t take that. when ever i have anything oily or frozen food i had to take a Gastro tablet. Trust me if i can be on right path you could do it too.

    Drink water as much as you can including Apple cider vinegar which helps in bloating a lot so what i do is 2 table spoon in the morning and 2 table spoon in the night after dinner with honey and warm water.

    5. Meditation

    I am not a doctor but this is my personal experience when ever i am stressed i gain weight and i start eating junk or sugar foods so when i did the analysis on my own then i realized that my spike in the weight could be due to my stress and i would not deny that sometime ago i was going through a very high stress level and had so many health issues as well.

    So then i landed doing a quick 5 to 10 minutes guided meditation and YES i had seen the difference, now i things to worry but i had a solution too. My perspective of seeing things has been changed.

    So at the end i would like to conclude that these small changes really helped me in my weight loss journey so just started with Stretching my body and then gradually landed with mediation. This is my favorite channel, you can also check her other videos too.
