Morning Yoga and Evening Walks: My Daily Routine

Hi Everyone, i hope you all are good. Today my day was pretty good. I woke up at 9:15 AM, brushed my teeth, feed my dog and did my yoga for 30 minutes.

Doing yoga and stretching my body is the best activity i love to do in my entire day. If you would also would like to enjoy some yoga and body movement here i am attaching the link of her channel, she is great in teaching and the video that she shares is very effective in loosing weight or toning your body. I enjoyed that small session a lot. After completing my yoga session i took my dog for a quick 10 minutes walk and came back took shower and got ready for the day.

Another my favorite session of my day is to Pray, i am an indian Sikh Girl and i love to do path so if you don’t know the meaning of ‘PATH’ it’s a devotional reading or recitation of sacred scripture.

It’s the time where you connect with a god and you dont know whats going on around you, it’s just YOU and the GOD. After i did my prayer i had my quick brunch at 12:00 ish, I had some leftover rice and Paneer Curry which i cooked yesterday. I had them quickly and then head to Dunes Store to grab a bottle of 2 litre milk. I have to be very quick because i had my office start at 1. So i came home by 12:55, quickly login and started my shift.

During my breaks i took my puppy out for a walk and then finished my shift at half 9. Again before go to bed i took my dog and i did 20 minutes walking just to stretch my body, came back did some dishes and played with my dog.

And now its time to for sleep. So yes i had a very busy schedule and hectic day as well.
