Q7. What opportunities are there for training and professional development ?
Q8. What advice would you like to give to the successful candidate who wants to excel their role for the company ?
Q9. How would you describe the management style within the team ?
Q10. What are the team’s goals over the next 12 months ?
These are some questions that can be ask in the interview, so you can pick any 3 of them. Before you go for the interview just make sure you took any 3 questions and ask so that the interview would see you are really interetsed in this position and role and how ambitious you are for the company.
